LEGAL NOTICE

By placing an order through Outlet, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. Orders that enter international or domestic transit cannot be canceled once fulfillment has begun.
  2. Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or unauthorized transaction claim after an order has been shipped does not transfer ownership of the merchandise to the customer.
  3. If a refund is issued as a result of a chargeback alert or payment dispute and the merchandise is subsequently delivered, the customer remains responsible for either:
    • returning the merchandise unused and in original condition, or
    • remitting payment for the delivered goods.
  4. Hoka Outlet reserves the right to collect and submit supporting evidence in payment disputes, including but not limited to:
    • tracking and delivery confirmations,
    • carrier records,
    • billing and shipping information,
    • correspondence history,
    • IP/session activity,
    • fraud prevention verification data.
  5. Refusal to return delivered merchandise after reimbursement may constitute unjust enrichment, mail fraud, or unauthorized retention of goods under applicable laws.
  6. Customers agree that all disputes, claims, and transactions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations associated with the merchant entity processing the transaction.
  7. Outlet reserves the right to deny future purchases, cancel pending orders, or refuse service to customers associated with fraudulent activity, abusive disputes, or chargeback abuse.
